We are very delighted to announce that NCSC has its own well-equipped community resource centre (community hall and boardroom) and a wide range of resources such as musical instruments, cultural dresses, computing and printing service, etc. We welcome all Calgarians to use the resource centre.

The Resource Centre is available for rental 7 days a week, provided there is no conflict with NCSC’s regular activities. The centre is also available to the general public for hosting educational workshops, non-commercial activities, and socio-cultural events free of charge. We encourage users to book the venue well in advance.

Base Rental Rates: 
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM: $250
3:00 PM to 11:00 PM: $300.

The rental charge includes chairs, tables, kitchen items (microwave, freezer, and stove), one wired microphone and laptop audio connection to the sound system.

Extended Music and AV Package is available for an additional charge of $ 50. This includes 3 microphones, an audio mixer, subwoofer, amplifier, and projector. 

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required for all Multipurpose Hall bookings. All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable rental charges, optional add-ons, and the required security deposit.
