The Nepalese Community Society of Calgary (NCSC) is registered under the Societies Act of the Province of Alberta. Our activities, programs, services, and entire operation are governed by the Societies Act and Bylaws. The Bylaws are being refined periodically to accommodate the changing circumstances. While doing so, we form a Bylaws Review Committee to review the Bylaws thoroughly and refine them based on community feedback. It is finally presented to the Annual General Meeting for approval before being sent to the Province for its final approval.
