Nepalese Community Society of Calgary (NCSC) organized Women Conversation Cafe to bring community women in the same platform, meet and greet with each other, make and renew friendships, and identify common issues faced by Nepali speaking women in Calgary. Run by a communty woman facilitator, a total of 30 women participated in 2 hours session and shared their experiences and identified common issues in different groups. NCSC reviews all the issues and implement actionable activities in the current project and prioritize the issues in forthcoming programming.
