Project ACC: Adapting to and Coping with Challenges

NCSC has secured funding from the Government of Canada for the project titled “Adapting to and Coping with Challenges (ACC): Strengthening Social Capital.” The project aims to engage NCSC executives, staff, and volunteers to enhance their capacity in various areas and strengthen organizational social and human capital. The involvement of volunteers, including youth, adults, and seniors, will be instrumental in making the project activities successful. By developing and strengthening organizational human resources and polices, the project aims to mitigate the challanges and develop resiliency to adapt to the changing circumstances. 
Since the beginning of the project, 11 successful session have been completed as on October 2023. The list of the sessions conducted are :
