The Fostering Anti-racism and Multiculturalism (FARM) initiative aims at promoting multiculturalism and enhancing knowledge on anti-racism and multiculturalism by bringing diverse communities in Calgary into one platform thereby facilitating friendly discussion, sharing, and exchanging knowledge. A series of planned engagement activities for diverse community members such as multicultural arts and crafts, quizzes, community forums/town halls, conversation cafes, and expert interactions followed by further enhancing knowledge and exchanging cultures through a day of the multicultural showcasing event will be hosted. A day multicultural showcasing event with racialized communities including the Indigenous community would further inculcate and enhance knowledge of immigrants of diverse age and gender in the areas of diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism.
