SISTER project aims at developing the resilience of the elders, increasing social inclusion and making them distressed mentally and emotionally. The initiative focuses mainly on three activities. i.e. backyard gardening, Bhajans (offering prayer to God) and educational tours/sessions to address the issue of social isolation among elders from Nepal, Bhutan-origin and other cultures  in Calgary.
